1Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below. These definitions apply throughout the document unless context clearly requires otherwise.

2Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on the qp999 Platform, accessing any game, placing any bet, or making any deposit or withdrawal, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and the Company. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you hold an account, contact the support team to arrange its closure. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

3Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active account on qp999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. The Company reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage, and accounts found to be in breach of these requirements may be suspended or permanently closed.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is absolute and admits no exceptions under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Registrations made on behalf of another individual, or by automated bots or scripts, are prohibited.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order placed through qp999 or through any other gambling operator, to the extent such exclusion is enforceable.
• You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and must update this information promptly if it changes.
• You must hold only one active account on the Platform. Holding multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms and may result in suspension and forfeiture of any balances held across all accounts.

4Account Registration and Security

Each Member may hold only one account. During registration, you must provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number, a secure password of your choice, and confirmation that you meet the age and eligibility requirements stated in Section 3. The Company may, at its discretion, require additional documentation to verify the identity of any Member at any time, including but not limited to national ID, passport, or utility bills.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must notify the qp999 support team immediately via live chat. The Company will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the Member has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

• Account names must match the name on the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals. Mismatched names may result in withdrawal delays pending identity verification.
• The Company reserves the right to close duplicate accounts without prior notice and to transfer or forfeit any balance held in a duplicate account.
• Members must keep their contact details, including mobile number, current and accurate at all times. The Company uses mobile numbers for account verification, security alerts, and essential communications.
• The Company may suspend or permanently close any account where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or risk of harm to the Member or third parties.

5Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on qp999 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform accepts payments via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The Company does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the name on the payment method must match the name on the qp999 account. The Company reserves the right to reverse any deposit made from a mismatched account and return the funds to the originating wallet.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500. Maximum single deposit limits may apply and will be displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used for the Member's most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically within 24 hours of request approval. The Company does not guarantee processing within any specific window but endeavours to complete withdrawals as quickly as possible.
• The Company reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting source-of-funds documentation, where it has reasonable grounds to do so.
• Deposits made using promotional codes or bonus offers may be subject to additional withdrawal conditions as described in the relevant promotion's specific terms.

6Bonuses and Promotions

qp999 offers a range of promotional bonuses to Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and special seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

The Company reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a Member's account and in the process of being played through will be honoured under the terms in place at the time of crediting.

• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each promotion. Bonus funds that have not been played through within this period will expire and be removed from the account.
• Only one welcome bonus per Member, per household, and per device is permitted. The Company uses technical and manual methods to identify bonus abuse and reserves the right to void winnings derived from duplicate or fraudulent bonus claims.
• Free spins, where awarded, will be credited to the game specified in the promotion and expire within the timeframe stated. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds subject to stated wagering requirements.
• The Company reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe they were obtained through fraud, exploitation of a technical error, or by circumventing the spirit of the promotion's terms.

7Responsible Gaming

qp999 is committed to responsible gaming and requires all Members to engage with the Platform in a manner that is consistent with their financial circumstances and personal well-being. The minimum age for registration and play is strictly 21 years. The Company will take all reasonable steps to prevent underage gambling and will permanently close any account found to have been registered by a person under this age.

Members may at any time access responsible gaming tools within their account, including setting daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits; requesting a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks; or applying for permanent self-exclusion. 8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the qp999 Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in any of the following activities will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, and the Company reserves the right to permanently close the account and forfeit any balance held therein.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with games, place bets, or exploit the Platform in a manner not available to a regular human player.
• Colluding with other Members or with any third party to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting event, including match-fixing or insider trading in relation to sporting events.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, engaging in money laundering through the Platform, or using the Platform as a mechanism to transfer funds to third parties.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person, whether or not that person has consented to the registration.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qp999 and its operators, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or business interruption. The Company's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Company does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, that it will be free from errors or viruses, or that any specific game will be available at any given time. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services without advance notice.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the qp999 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and data compilations, is the property of the Company or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial use of Platform content without the prior written consent of the Company is strictly prohibited.

11Amendments to These Terms

The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the Company will make reasonable efforts to notify Members by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the mobile number registered to the Member's account. The revised Terms will take effect from the date of publication on the Platform. It is the Member's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure they remain aware of the current version.

12Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which the Company operates. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Company's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the relevant jurisdiction. The Company makes no representation that the Platform is available or appropriate for use in all locations, and Members are responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their country of residence.
